Unprofessional Service and Deception
Several reviewers have reported having a poor experience with Andy's wood delivery service. One reviewer gave a 1-star rating and described Andy as "totally untrustworthy and unprofessional". They claimed to have called Andy three times, only to have him fail to show up. The reviewer was then told by Andy's wife that they were open from 9-5 and went to Andy's home address, only to find no wood at all. The reviewer felt it was a "total waste of time and petrol". Additionally, Andy promised to deliver wood the following week, but ended up telling the reviewer that he had run out of stock.
