Customer Service Issues
A few customers have expressed their disappointment with the customer service at St John's Plant Centre. Alix Walker experienced poor opening hours, which were advertised incorrectly, and Stacey Bramman and Pam Jones reported being treated rudely by staff members. Tony Tony had a poor experience with the teenager serving on the till, who was rude and stroppy. Additionally, Toni Cooper had an issue with the zero returns policy, which led to her being overcharged.
Product Selection and Quality
On the other hand, many customers have praised the centre's vast selection of plants, gardening accessories, and competitive pricing. Gary Stone, Leon S. Toxo, Pete Swanson, and Amiee Annand all mentioned the great variety and value for money. Rob Rook was pleased with the cactus selection he purchased at half price. Diane Errington enjoyed the great plants at great prices, but would like to see the loo sorted out.
