Ryan Forth founded the company with two school friends, combining experience in surveying, roofing, joinery, brickwork and landscaping. Forthcoming Group officially commenced trading in 2022, while the team behind it has decades of practical trade knowledge. Since then, we have completed more than 500 projects across the region, working on homes and exterior improvement requirements ranging from roof repairs and replacements to patios, fencing, garden transformations, new driveways, repointing and brickwork improvements. We aim to provide the clear advice, communication and preparation homeowners need when arranging improvement work.
Rather than beginning with the work itself, we first survey the property and establish what is required. Available options are explained clearly, allowing customers to understand the proposed approach before the project begins. Our multi-trade structure means several aspects of a property can be addressed through the same company, reducing the need to coordinate separate trades for larger projects. We plan the work carefully, use the appropriate team and carry out checks before completion. Proper preparation is treated as an important part of every service, including roofing, driveways, landscaping and brickwork. After the project has finished, we explain the work completed, provide any applicable maintenance recommendations and confirm the guarantee details. We offer roofing services for properties requiring repairs, replacements or improvements. The scope of our work extends from minor repairs and ongoing maintenance to complete roof replacements, flat roofing, chimney repairs and roofline work. A careful assessment of each property is carried out before any suitable solution is recommended. Our approach ensures the work addresses the roofs condition and requirements. 
We offer professional driveway installations using block paving, resin bound, concrete and tarmac finishes. The appropriate surface depends on your property, budget, preferred appearance and how the driveway will be used each day. We discuss these factors during your survey before work begins. Driveway replacements and upgrades are also available where an existing area needs improvement. 
Through our landscaping service, we improve gardens by combining features that support their intended use. We undertake complete garden makeovers as well as patios, patio extensions, turf installations, borders and fencing. Before work starts, we examine the existing area, consider the changes required and discuss which elements will provide the most suitable improvement to the finished garden. 
We provide brickwork services to help homeowners maintain, repair and improve important areas of their property. Our work includes brickwork repairs, garden and boundary walls, chimney bracing, repointing and colour render. We assess the existing brickwork before starting and identify the areas requiring attention. This helps us select a suitable approach for the condition of the structure.

From first contacting them Ryan managed the whole process, Kayleigh and Beth provided excellent communication and then Joe and the team worked brilliantly replacing the roof (also constantly tidying up) whilst also ensuring first class customer service.

Forthcoming Group have completed two flat Roof replacements and minor repairs on the chimney and other flat roof, and have done a first class job from start to finish.
Both Ryan and Joseph attended and did a thorough inspection showing images and video of what work needed to be done.
Very professional honest advice and thorough explanation of what work would be undertaken.
All work was completed on time to a high standard by Joseph and James.

We recently had forthcoming roofing company replacing half of our roof.
They have been an exceptionally good company to work with, and I want to wholeheartedly recommend them. One of my pet peeves is lack of communication/transparency: not the case here - even though they are extremely busy, they made every possible effort to keep us informed every step of the way about where they are, whats happening next, and what to expect. They clearly know their trade inside out, they work well, quickly and tidily, and they cleaned up thoroughly after they finished the project.
More than anything, I wanted to mention that Ryan, the director, spent at least an hour and a half with me today, helping to prepare material for a related court case. He helped put together photos, videos, an expert report, and a very clear explanation sheet to help us present the issues in straightforward terms for the judge.
To be clear, I had already paid Forthcoming in full they absolutely did not need to do this, let alone spend so much time helping me. I genuinely appreciate the effort and support theyve given us.

From the outset, they made the required work very clear and gave options, from repairing areas needing immediate attention to a full roof replacement. I ultimately chose a full replacement, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. They provide insurance-backed guarantees with CPA, which gives real peace of mind.
