Our Designer

Polley Garden Design was established in 2002 by Gillian Polley, a keen gardener with a passion for design, gardens, and plants inherited from her mother. Gillian trained at the Pickard School of Garden Design in Edinburgh and has continued to develop her skills through ongoing professional development. This enables her to produce unique gardens that clients can enjoy for years to come.

Gillian has a background in customer service and brings many years of experience and expertise to each project. She has established long-standing professional, construction, and supplier partnerships to ensure that all gardens are built to the highest quality and value, on time, and within budget.

Our Services

We offer a range of services to help you achieve your dream garden. These include:

• Garden Design: Our designer will visit your garden and discuss your needs and aspirations with you. This is an opportunity to talk through your ideas with a professional designer and can be used in several different ways. For example, we can work on a new design, look at how to make your garden easier to maintain, or create a more functional space for outdoor living.

• Planting Plans: Whether you need a new design for a garden or want to refurbish tired and overgrown borders for an existing garden, we can help. We will work with you to create a planting plan that suits your garden's conditions and your personal preferences.

• Feature Planting: If you want to give your garden the "wow" factor, we can help you select and plant stunning features that will make your garden stand out.

• 365 Colour: We can help you create interest in your garden all year round, using a variety of plants and features that will provide colour and interest throughout the seasons.
