Founded in 2008 by Rhod and Mike, Graveltech was born out of a desire to provide a comprehensive and bespoke service to homeowners looking to enhance their outdoor spaces. Our Team

Meet the team behind Graveltech:

• Mike Peacock, Operations Director, brings over 25 years of experience in landscaping solutions, having worked with his father, a tree surgeon, and holding a degree in Environmental Biology. He has managed large-scale projects for the Crown Estate and has a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
• Rhodri Davies, Sales Director, has a background in Industrial Business Studies and extensive experience in project management, sales, and customer care. He has worked with various businesses, including IT solutions providers and property developers.

Our Installation Team

Our installation team is comprised of experienced professionals who take pride in their work, with many of them having been with us for over 10 years. They strive for attention to detail and customer satisfaction, ensuring that every project is completed to a high level of quality and on time.

Our Office Support

Behind the scenes, our Office Manager, Verity Yates-Mercer, ensures that each project runs smoothly, handling administrative tasks and supporting the operations team. With over 30 years of experience in back office administration, Verity is always available to answer questions and provide assistance.
