Unprofessional and Irresponsible Behavior
The reviewer, Stanislav Knyazev, expresses his frustration and disappointment with the company's unprofessional behavior during the refurbishment of his neighbor's driveway. The company's workers decided to get rid of excess cement/ballast mix by pouring it into the reviewer's skip, which was located opposite the work site. This action was taken without permission and has caused inconvenience and potential financial loss for the reviewer.
