What are your opening hours?
Our garden centres operate 8am-5:30pm Mon-Sat and 10am-4pm Sun. Restaurant hours vary slightly between locations but generally open 9am-5pm daily.
Do you offer plant guarantees?
Yes, we provide a 5-year hardy plant guarantee for plants that die or are not true to name when purchased from us and cared for properly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and cash payments in-store. Online payments can be made using credit/debit cards through our website.
Do you provide delivery services?
Yes, we offer local delivery within 20 miles starting at £10. Free delivery available for furniture and BBQ purchases over £750 within 10 miles.
Are pets allowed in the garden centre?
Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the garden centre areas but must remain on the floor and be taken outside if barking occurs. Dogs are not permitted near food areas.
