OTM Groundscare Ltd is a family-run company based in Hay-on-Wye, on the picturesque Welsh border with Herefordshire. We, at OTM, provide the complete grounds care package, specialising in high-quality services for domestic, commercial, and public organisations. Our mission is to maintain a professional, customer-oriented service based on high quality and value.

Our Story

OTM Groundscare Ltd was founded by two brothers, Ollie and Tim Metcalfe, who shared a passion for the outdoors and their environment. Growing up, they worked in agriculture and amenity jobs, gaining invaluable experiences and a passion for their later careers. They began as a small business in 2005, carrying out garden and mowing services for local residents. As the demand increased, they employed a school friend to help them, and he still works for them today as a team leader. The business has since flourished and grown into the company it is today.

Our Team

The OTM family continues to grow year on year and currently has around 30 team members, with specialist teams in each area of the company's services. We actively encourage the continual training of all staff members, ensuring constant development of new skills and competence within the team. We strive to provide an enjoyable and positive work environment for all. OTM is committed to providing a range of training opportunities to its staff, which reflect the interests of the employees and the needs of the business and its customers.
