Halls Garden Centre has faced several complaints about poor customer service and quality issues. Some customers have experienced helpful and polite staff, but others have been met with unhelpful and arrogant service. Shirley Pugh, for example, had to point out incorrect prices on plants, which was met with a refusal to honor the price. Mark Walter had his order cancelled and was offered a refund, but the manager was flippant and ignorant when asked about pursuing a resolution through Trading Standards and the County Court.

Some customers have complained about receiving the wrong size of fish lights, while others have been pleased with the selection of products. Confusing Layout and Poor Food Price
